Note:  

Because of a bug in the installation software we are using at the moment you need to manually delete some files from your system before installing the upgrade.

This can be done by running the program upgradepreparation.exe which exists it the same subdirectory on your computer as the programs (this is normally c:\program files\heycoach\).
